Ancestry: A Merge of Light and Shadow

When was the last time you acknowledged that you are the result of thousands of lives that converged, of elements and stories that aligned for you to exist here and now?

Each one of us is a repository of infinite memories from everything that preceded us. We are interconnected with everything - with Nature and the Universe - through them. It's not a novelty that we live in an increasingly accelerated and immediate world where the lack of connection with oneself and the present has become a toxic comfort zone that causes anxiety, limits us, and encourages us to react unconsciously. Yet, this is the reality we now know, and it's a challenge to let go of it.

We often overlook the fact that while our physical bodies are rooted in this earthly experience, our subconscious mind, in addition to our personal memories, holds a collective memory: the history of all that was and is. We embody pure ancestral wisdom in constant motion and evolution, never static.

In tumultuous times like these, we seek refuge, and that's when a subtle voice from within begins to call us, gradually growing louder over time. It is the voice of our wisdom, showing us the path to personal integration. It starts as a timid and latent force within each of us, and if we allow it, it awakens to provide balance and guidance.

Reconnecting with our ancestry allows us to integrate our light and shadow by embracing simplicity and grandeur: the elements of Nature, ancient traditions, and the stars. Our ancestral memories can offer us insights to capture the beauty of the present moment.

On one hand, this reconnection involves doing shadow work to unveil and accept our wounds with compassion. It teaches us to recognize each of them in order to free ourselves from limiting or repetitive beliefs, patterns, and inheritances that hinder us from being present as authentic and whole beings.

On the other hand, more than a profound liberation tool, ancestry is primarily a work of love and forgiveness that enables us to embrace our origins: where we come from and what has shaped us into who we are, influencing our thoughts and actions. It is a gift that allows us to explore our essence and unleash our intuition, gifts, abilities, and creativity, which we often underestimate.

Opening the door to this knowledge ignites the courage to develop our true potential. Raising awareness enables us to understand our unique purpose and fulfill our role in the surrounding environment.

By merging our light and shadow through our ancestral memories and knowledge, we grant ourselves permission to once again walk hand in hand with Nature, the Beauty that consistently reminds us that the firmer our roots, the higher and stronger we can grow and spread our leaves. This is the genuine essence of finding authentic freedom.

From a very young age, influenced by my family, I began to explore holistic therapies and started working with Crystal Therapy, Herbalism, Candles, Elementals, and the Cycles of Nature, commonly known as the Wheel of the Year.

As a teenager, my path led me to Celtic and African Ancestral Knowledge. Later, I embarked on a journey embracing the path of the Sacred Feminine Energy and Wisdom. In her late 20s and early 30s, before she hit rock bottom, decided to delve into the realms of Neuroscience, Psychology, and Physics. Her project, Stardust and Dream, was born as a means to continue her learning journey while sharing with others the tools she's used to become more authentic and to live with purpose.
